Shambhala Hatha Yoga is founded with the vision to offer practices of classical Hatha Yoga in its authentic form. Though practice of Hatha Yoga it is our vision to create Shambhala in reality.\u00a0<\/p>

In Tibetan Buddhist tradition,\u00a0Shambhala is said to be an ancient spiritual kingdom. Shambhala is also taught to be an exalted state of mind attainable by all through practice. Through cultivating peace and extending it into harmonious relationships with others, the transformative power of Shambhala can enter everyday life (The Realm of Shambhala<\/i>).<\/p>

These yogic tools are scientifically designed by great ancient scientists knows as Muni in those times. Modern science is yet to achieve such great understanding of cosmic energies and its impact on human mind and daily life. It is our great privilege to be able to offer few of the basic tools of yogic science.<\/p>

Sadhguru is a realized Yogi, Mystic and Visionary. He got enlightened on 23 September 1982 and since then it is his endeavor to help humanity to experience what he has experienced.<\/p>

He has consecrated Dhyanlinga on 24 June 1999 at Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu located in South India, after three years of intense process of Prana Pratishtha.<\/p>

Being in presence of a realized master is a privilege which is rare to find on earth. As we are born in the same time as He is here on earth, we consider ourselves as few fortunate souls.\u00a0<\/p>

Whatever, I am doing in this lifetime from writing the book, leaving high paid job and starting to teach Yoga, for everything credit goes to one and only – SADHGURU! It is only because of his guidance I have learnt and practiced Hatha Yoga which has opened doors of wisdom and as a result my perception has increased multifold. Though, lot more work is pending to improve my self, but even with slightest benefits of Hatha Yoga I could see drastic difference in the way I used to perceive the world, respond to people, deal with difficult situations …i can go on and on…. list is endless.<\/p>
